Insertion orders can be created up to 3 years in advance and can expire The expiration calendars all can expire in up to 10 years i.e. 2022. See the attached screenshot
Are you unable to see multiple options in the year picker? On which screen are you experiencing this problem?

when I add an ad for an advertiser, and try and pick an END date - it only goes to 2012. Also coupons only go to 2012. I believe there was one more place- I'll have to find it.

This may be a browser specific problem since we are having some difficulty reproducing it.
Thanks

Hi Raj,
I've checked the date control across multiple browsers and I still cannot reproduce the problem you reported.
When you click on the "year" drop down list, what do you see? Is there only one entry or does the drop down appear inactive? Do any javascript errors appear in your browser's "Error Console"?
