Longer Text Link characters

Hi,
I would like to let advertisers to use Text Link without image.
But the Text Link is only 25 characters long, can I extend it to 135 or more?
The present 135 Text Ads is not feasible, since it lets the advertiser upload image, which will let them think that the ads will show image.
