Hi, can I enable demographics for only certain zones?

   The targeting settings can only be activated or deactivated on a system-wide basis.

   However you can control it dynamically in your ad call by only enabling it when you set the demographic flags.
   

   See the advanced ad tag in the Setup->Ad Zones->Ad Tag->Advanced section for more details.
